Jute, a renewable resource, is dubbed as the ‘golden textile’ because of its strong, golf fibers and low environmental impact. Being a strong fiber crop pulling tons of carbon out of the atmosphere, jute is doing great things for your bag and the planet! Some of our favorite qualities about Jute:

It is extremely low maintenance and requires no chemical inputs like fertilizers
and pesticides.
It is SUPER renewable meaning it reaches its maturity in just 4-6 months. When using natural resources, it is important to make sure that we do not use them at a rate faster than which they can replenish.
