Thank you for purchasing an Out of the Woods® bag. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Enjoy free returns within the US.
Please make sure that all returned items are unused or unaltered in any way and have the original tags still on them. Items without original tags but in new condition will be issued a 50% refund. Returns must be accompanied by the packing slip that came with the original order.
Items from separate orders must be returned in separate packages. Note that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you refund the shipping fee on returns?
Yes, we refund your original shipping fee on returns. If you need to return an item, we will provide a return shipping label as well as refund the original shipping fee along with the cost of the item, provided the return meets our return policy criteria.
When can I expect my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
What is your exchange policy?
If a different product is desired, please follow the instructions to return the original product and purchase a new one.
Can I return one of your products to you if I purchased it elsewhere?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a product that has not been purchased from our website. If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, please send us an email at hello@outofthewoods.com and we’ll do our best to find a solution for you.
Can I return a gift?
Yes, you can do so for store credit, which you will receive in the form of a discount code. The amount to be credited will be determined by the current price of the item in our online store. A flat shipping fee of $8.50 will be deducted from your store credit for returns from the US. For International gift returns, please send an email to hello@outofthewoods.com.
The product I purchased is now on sale. Can I get a refund for the difference?
If an item goes on sale on our site within 14 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference upon request. Please send us an email with your order number to hello@outofthewoods.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please check your delivery address and order information before placing your order. Please note that your order begins processing as soon as it is confirmed so changes or cancellations may not be possible. Duties and taxes are calculated automatically at checkout for international orders.
